In a nut shell, here are the services we provide;

1. Buyer Agency - We will help you find the home you've been dreaming of for so long and we will walk you through each step in purchasing that home.  All while YOU enjoy time with your family and hobbies!  We do the searching, you just view and accept or reject the properties we show you.

2. Seller Agency - We will accurately tell you what your house will sell for in today's market, approximately how long it will take to sell at the listed price and show you competing homes so you can make adjustments to your own listing accordingly.

3. Property Management - We manage rental units (up to 20 units per address), by locating qualified Tenants, collecting rents, making repairs as needed, answering calls from Tenants, and providing you with a "Detailed Report" of all activity on a monthly basis.
